right place right time.....

Ok so beat this ending to the night.....

So I am wrapping up hose and stuff at job #5, when i hear "excuse me sir, could you help me for a minute?" Yup sure what you need...."well I hit a deer back in Nephi (about an hr from where we where) and now my car is over heating, can you look at it?" yup sure, lemme finish wrapping things up, and i have to go around back to lock up, so when you see my truck leave dont panic, ill be right back..

So I look at it, not a ton of fluid leaked out, but could see some...so tracking it, i see that the over flow tank, where the hose comes into it..had broke, thus leaking antifreeze all over, and being empty, because it had a pressure cap on it as well...

So mind you where i am cleaning is about 75 miles from my house....she was on her way up from Vegas to see her sister for the holiday weekend...well shes not going anywhere with this issue, and there really isnt anything around this area...So I ask her where she was going.....well its only about 5 miles past where I live...So i asked her if she would like me to give her a ride there...(mind you its 12:30 at night, and she is in her 50s driving alone, but hey i threw it out there) ....The ONLY thing is....I have 1 more job hahahaha, so she will have to sit and hang out for about an hr is how long it takes...

Well I guess i didnt look to scary, because she decided to take me up on my offer.....yay...
oh and the other things.....shes a pretty good little worker...she helped keep hose out of my way.....
And her is a zippy twist....so she from vegas.....well I am heading out to vegas in 10 days for the NBA summer league...so i told her if they could fix her car here i could drive it back for her......Thinking about it though....maybe i should just put it on a car dolly and tow it down there...Ill ask her about that when she calls me....
What a night hahaha

Awesome story...you don't get those working in a cubicle my friend.

Reminds me of the time I was hitchhiking outside of Vegas and a small truck pulled over. When I got to the passenger door and looked inside, I saw that the driver was in full clown paint and attire....but had no pants!!

Okay, that wasn't my story. That was the start of story a prison inmate once told me...another job that provided great stories to be sure.

When you get ot Vegas, take her to Batista's Hole in the Wall...sounds like you made a good friend there. Pays to be a good guy, doesn't it?
