Hey everyone!
Did I miss anything?
I got all my equipment fired up and doing jobs......Tomorrow will be the official start up date.
Have a couple estimates tomorrow and need to install my water softener in the van.
Love my equipment and right away my heat went upto 245 without a problem.
I used my HOSS and what a beast.....also, did some tile grout cleaning at the new house and need to find out what everyone is using and how they do this....I never really did any grout in the past. The spinner did fair but I didnt really have anything sprayed on to pre-treat.

Re: Hey everyone!
Welcome back, thought we lost you for good.
As for tile, I keep it simple. If only moderate soiled, I use a CRB with ozone water with a spinner rinse. If bad, I use a dedicated tile solution, CRB or Orbot scrub, touch up stained grout with shark brush, and then spinner with moderate pressure.
Most of the time, the CRB with O3 water is sufficient to get good results.

Re: Hey everyone!
Welcome back Devon :-)
As for T&g there are a few threads about them here, I personally use Viper Venom powder with citrus as pre spray and scrub with shark grout brush for high traffic grout lines and use tile spinner to rinse at around 700 psi.
If they're really bad acid pre sprays like viper renew is good to strip a thin layer of grout lines BUT the risks are high with staining stainless steel appliances, have to cover everything prior to spraying and scrubbing.

Re: Hey everyone!
Thank you dp1!....I knew there was something to help ...I was impressed with just the spinner and playing with it...I had a couple areas where some help would be needed. I didnt want to just act like I knew.

Re: Hey everyone!
There are always going to be some stubborn stained grout lines. A little elbow grease with a grout brush or the stiff brushes beneath a cyclo polisher if you prefer a machine is often enough to get it done.
The only tricky part is the condition of the grout. It can be easy to blow out the grout with a spinner at high psi if it was in a damaged condition to start with. I rarely rise above 600 psi with a spinner as a result and always inspect grout closely prior to cleaning with a spinner.
