Kids that won't shut up !!!

I have 2 kids and I like kids but when I'm working and they kept talking and asking me a gazillion questions, I feel like I want to strap duck tapes on their mouth, am I the only one ?

Make sure there are no witnesses.

We have six kids, my 7 year olds saying is "you talk to much and you never shut up". They usually get the loudest and seem to find me when i'm on the phone with someone.

Kids are a very curious bunch....if they are smart. It is the ones who don't ask a bunch of questions that you should worry about.

Im a kid person big time. I do at times get the kid from he77 though....I usually just give him the serious look like im a serial killer....if he tells mom and she comes looking I smile and wink like im playing with him....she leaves and he gets the crazy man look again. They usually kick rocks!

I have a reason for being in carpet cleaning to begin with that started as that kid....I will share it sometime. I get a little more excited when the kids are around and they are just curious kids.

If im really busy and they are good kids just buggin....I stick the hose to thier forehead! lol J/K

You could just hire them.

We talked about this in the past, but I have been known to hire a kid to caution people walking near my hoses and to hand out my business cards. It is better than having them trying to grab a hot hose or just driving me crazy.

One little girl actually got me 2 jobs when I was cleaning those apartments.

My biggest fear with curious kids around is them getting hurt by my equipment. Like getting burned by touching a hot hose, or the vac hose sucking a body part off.

I always give parents warning and let them know the danger, and suggest they keep their kids on a short leash lol, for safety. It usually works.

Rob's idea is great by hiring them, but in LA it's pretty scary to have them hand out business cards, too much perverts out

Pervs need to clean carpets too.....probably more than most.
