First job, renter occupied.... They forgot.
2nd.. Sprinklers go off during job, spraying all over the sidewalk and my hose. My pants were soaked from the thigh down. As I start to pull hoses, idiot from the front apartment opens his front door and throws dirty mop water on my hoses. And acted like "no big deal", as I call him stupid and idiot 3-4 times.
3rd... 2 rooms on 3rd floor. PITA
4th... 1 room, long time dusty. No problems.
5th.... 4 room condo... No problem.
6th... Renter occupied. They forgot.

Mean while I've got to make a car payment today... Sometime!
Go find the spare "Eagle scout kit" for my sons court of honor in afew days. On the opposite side of town Of where all my jobs are.
So I go to the car wash to dump dirty water(they have a RV dump). ITS PLUGGED!!!!! Drained my water sloooow, cuz I'm not unplugging it.... Again.

Hectic all the way to be sure.

On the positive side, congratulations on the boy making Eagle Scout, that is awesome! Having a car wash with an RV dump is a pipe dream in this area...you are very lucky to have that one. I would even be willing to unplug it if I had access to one.

So what if the car payment is a day late, most people are weeks behind. Your bank will not rake you over the coals for a day.

Seems those "they forgot" ones that are flaky are new customers. My long time or repeat customers rarely seem to 'forget'. That's why I normally call or text the new ones the day before to 'confirm', especially if they give any hints when booking the appt...and if you pay attn. they usually are the ones that sched 2 or 3 weeks out, so they can mentally prepare or whatever, and then they will flake & reschedule again and again if you allow it...........I've played that game enough times, and now know better, so I no longer book appts. more then a week out unless I know it's a customer I can trust.
