It might come down to winterizing and storage in November.

The main problems are that there are gaps between the rollers on the doors, the compartments prevent flow of any heater, and the thing is made of all aluminum panels so there is no insulation.

I contemplated having the walls filled with foam insulation, installing a diesel webasto heater, and a few other ideas, but it really doesn't seem practical. Storing it at the house can be done with good winterization steps, but getting it to the job without freezing is a different matter.
