who posted this video?

Post by Matt; My carpet cleaner on Sat Mar 05, 2016 12:48 pm

Awhile back, someone posted a video about this foam product. A guy put a 1" piece over his hand and had someone hit the foam(with hand under it) hard. The impact was displaced so the guy didn't feel the force.
Anyone remember?

I was thinking of a thinner layer of the material for shoe insoles. Absorbing the pounding my feet are taking.
Come to find out they already have shoe inserts. Not like the Dr Sholls with squishy materials.
Amazon has them, gonna try em.

I ran in sorbothane insoles for decades Matt, it is the only thing that saved me from the limestone gravel bruises and runner's knee.  They can make a shoe pretty heavy, but unless you are running in them, it really doesn't matter.

Look for some of the air-infused ones (Sorbo-Air) which still provide good cushion while being thinner and much lighter.
