Since the dust is settled, I figured I'll jump in, not to stir up the dust again though, lol.
First of all, I never had any color loss when I spot clean anything in my home with baby wipes, I do use Kirkland signature ( costco ) brand wipes, not the clorox wipes Razz
And I never spot cleaned anything with resolve or nature's miracle, may be that's when color loss occur ? Chemical residue + alcohol can't be a good combo.
Second of all, as a californian ( sue happy state ) I'm always on the verge about giving chemicals to my customer, although I have given 1 or 2 repeat customers some hydra master odor neutralize product to help deodorize their carpets in the future, as with cleaning chemicals, I've given them some products I purchased e.g. home pro spotter, procyon home spotter, if they want to sue because their kids "accidentally" drink those stuffs, that's between the customer and those companies I bought them from, lol.
As for me, I stick with baby wipes Hippo banan rocking Rocking Chair

That's it Dp, me and Scott are getting a rope and coming over for stirring things up. Fly Fishing

I just read the warning label on a curling iron....says "Do not insert into any bodily orifice'.

Where do they find these people that need that warning?? Shocked
