How are those phones? Empty How are those phones?

After going gang busters for the last 6-7 months, I have 2 days not scheduled this week, 1st time in a long time. How's biz? My local dist. says its dead for them, that they are down over a 100k for the year. Going to use my down time for some very important biz tweaks as well as trying to restore my ramshackle deck.

I am actually trying not to work right now until I finish my house / garage de-cluttering and updates. My commercial customers have been getting hit hard with traffic and some extreme storms, so they are wanting a lot cleaned up starting next week.

I may not get another chance to square away my home until the Fall, so I am insisting on this time off. It is really amazing how much junk one can acquire and small repairs ignored over 11 years when you live alone and working tons of hours.

I am hoping to have wide open spaces with all the chems and extra equipment stored in a rented unit. If I can do that, I will be ready to tackle everything thrown my way.

So far, I have finished the exterior: Mowing; edging; weeding; washed the siding; washed windows; re-stained the porch and deck; cleaned gutters; replaced porch lights; killed 2 fire ant mounds; and patched the sidewalk......a good start after 2 days.

Roll off dumpster is coming today and then I start to really get rocking!
