Like Freemind said, it depends on the details. Give us a little more and we may be able to provide a better answer.

1. What size?
2. Type of carpet?
3. Any stains or problem areas?
4. High traffic?
5. What equipment do you have?
6. What does it pay?
7. What does the client want....did they specify with the bid?

Agree with both Freemind and Milspec6. It depends on these certain details that Milspec has asked. Detail these, so you can have better help.
