unbelievable!

Post by Matt; My carpet cleaner on Fri Aug 05, 2016 3:24 pm

I have a property manager that had a trashed carpet I went looked at. I said replace it. Builder-grade holy crap, black, soiled! I told them to replace it . It was that bad. They were in a time crunch and said can you do the best you can? Now this is a long-time customer. And only for long-time customers will I go the extra mile. So today I used the Saiger Special Sauce formula, had my son prescribed it, crank the pressure up and it was unbelievable!! I could not believe how well it turned out. I've got a few pictures I'm going to try to post. Hundred dollar tip!!

Pre-scrubbing always make a big difference. That friction breaks up oil and grease better than any emulsifier alone.

Test it out on your arm. Rub bearing grease on three spots of your arm. Now spray each one with any detergent that you choose. Let it dwell a little and then rinse it off under hot water......still there, isn't it?

Now take a washcloth to it and scrub a little. It never matters which compound you put on there, the friction of the rag will remove the bearing grease with any detergent....even the cheapest one.

Incidentally, this also applies to poison ivy for those that play in the woods.

Took me forever to post the pic.
The lower part and left has been prescrubed. This is a light grey color. So the spot don't show as much after scrubbing. The top and center(by towels) is cleaned. The grey strip by the little brush is wear pattern coming from bed rooms.
This poly; so you know &@%#*"#%%@*% it can be.
I was expecting to clean it and some spots still show. Hardly any.
The special sauce is;
16oz of Harvard grime release pro
1 scoop of ea.: boost powder, extreme, strike force, citra-zov
8oz of G-force.
Harvard products.
No real dwell time. Spray and go.
The last 4x8' section, I didn't scrub. It came out just as good as the rest.

As I get old and tired; I don't like messing with real dirty carpets. I do a lot of rentals. Most are hardly dirty. As in, a good vac and it would look almost new. Really!
I do get some that are dirty, but not that much. I guess you take the good with the bad. Or bad with the good.

Makes sense to me. I can understand taking the easy jobs first
