Post Office has lost their mind

I ordered a new pair of running shoes from a trusted outlet at the top of the week. They chose to ship it US Postal due to better rates and it should have been here today....it wasn't.

I checked on the tracking at the post office and they told me that it was sent to the neighboring city by mistake. The mistake was caught by that post office (8 miles away from me) and sent back to the central hub (48 miles away) where it will be processed and sent out Saturday morning......it should be available for pick up on Monday morning.

That is some really inefficient operation right there....might be one of the reasons they lose millions of tax payer dollars every single year.

Even worse, this shoe outlet is only a 10 hour drive from my house and yet it will end up taking 7 days to reach me despite shipping out the same day that I ordered it. Just something not right about that.

Ask for a refund on the shipping.
I ordered some things from amazon last Friday. Got a email today letting meknow its been shipped.
Talked with Jondon about a return and credit.(happened 45 days ago).NO credit was issued. Technical difficulty they said.(more like someone didn't do their job). Was suppose to get an email from the credit department on Monday. Tic, TOC, tic TOC.......

45 Days ago? Wow, that is terrible.

Stay on them, they owe you more than a refund at this point. They owe you an explanation and apology.....maybe even a muffin basket!
