I was visiting my Sister today when her neighbor asked if I would clean a spot in his living room...one of the hazards of driving the work van.  He had a new puppy and you can guess what the problem was poop

Not the way I planned to spend my Saturday, but decided to help anyway.  The guy had just returned from a Mediterranean cruise and was telling my all about how it went while I cleaned.  He was a really good story teller and I found myself being glad that I agreed to clean up after the puppy.

It didn't take very long and I only did it because my Sister asked me to help the guy who had lost his wife a few months ago.  This wasn't a paying job and I ended it with a handshake and figured that would be it, but he surprised me.

He pulled out his phone and asked if I had a Facebook page?  I told him I did and he quickly located it and shared it with his friends (2 already scheduled for next week).  Then he handed me 2 large bottles of Tequila that he brought back from Mexico and insisted that I accept.

I don't really drink so I couldn't recognize a good tequila from a bad one by brand, but it turned out to be a couple of pretty good bottles.  Both of them were liter bottles of "Maracame Tequila Anejo" so I guess I am set for the holidays. banan rocking

It just proves the point that you just never know what might happen when you decide to help someone out.  What would have been about a $30 poo spot turned into 2 house cleanings and about $140 worth of Mexican Tequila.

Awesome!

Not much of a drinker myself, other than the occasional beer.

Wow !! That's crazy Bob !! Do they have worms in the bottles ? I heard Mexican tequilas have those worms and if you eat them, you will definitely be wasted !!

I don't know about the worms, the bottle is dark, but I haven't been brave enough to try it yet.....too many lost memories with tequila.
