So if you do a lot of comm carpet; could you take a hydra force flood pro, add a spray bar in front. Ride that up and back on large open areas?

You can do a lot of things with wide open spaces, but there aren't many jobs like that these days. I have yet to see a single "Zamboni" cleaner do a good job, they cost a ton and only do a marginal job on carpet.
