I am running into a steady diet of the corn-based carpets and I don't like it. I just finished my 5th in a row and they all had the same issue, dog odors.

These carpets are pitched as being highly stain resistant and only needs water to clean up spills. That also means that most people don't think they are important to ever fully clean either. None of them had any stains that couldn't be removed, but those odors can be a little trickier with the list of chemical restrictions and the obscene amount of carpet powders being used to mask those odors.

So far, I really hate these carpets. They are the equivalent of that kid bathed in Axe body spray sitting next to you on a long airline flight.

LOL at carpet powders. I HATED that stuff.

Makes me somewhat happy I don't do carpets anymore.

I'm starting to consider another trade if they keep selling this stuff.
