tendonitis
tendonitis
So I've been battling tendonitis in both elbows for several months. Pain has been up and down. My mother in law gave me this "Frank k. Woods, pain relief rub". I've applied it 2x, and it has made the discomfort significantly subside. Not go away, but not annoying(as tendonitis can be).
The other day we were laying a cement foundation for a greenhouse/chicken coop. 4+ hrs of scooping gravel and sand into the mixer. I put some "rub" on after, NO pain increase from the work. I was very hesitant to help cuz I thought my elbows would be mush afterwards; nope, didn't irritate:))
No strong small, no burning/heat.
I was impressed and thankful it helped.

Re: tendonitis
Sounds like good stuff, thanks for the suggestion. So far, I am holding up well except for a little pain in my right should when I wake up. Normally goes away by breakfast, but annoying.
It is hard work after-all unless you have a strong helper.

Re: tendonitis
Did a 3 story house yesterday. My shoulders and elbows are a bit tender. Nothing I can't work through, but something that would make things feel better would be great.
Ibuprofen didn't even help, in the least.
I'll Google it and see if I can find some.

Re: tendonitis
We were at some friends the other night talking about old people and joint pain. My friend take cider vinager in the morning, helps his arthritis. We mentioned taking mustard shots, 1x a day. Suppose to help with creaky, achy stuff.

Re: tendonitis
I think moving to Florida or Hawaii is a good cure as well. Get me out of the cold and near a beach and I become 20 years younger.
