Looks clean and in good shape compared to my Orbot with paint chipping and all.

Well, there is some paint chipping on this too. But I think that's normal for powder coated metal. I cleaned up the bell and coated it with truck spray bedliner. I'm happy with how it came out. It's a super tough coating.

That's a good idea do they have that powder coating in Green?

The powder coating? I'm sure any color. The bedliner is another story. I think only black. Could be wrong though.

There are tintable bedliners out there now as well as home powder coating kits.

Normally find them at places like "Eastwood"

No it's an oscillating pad machine used for very low moisture cleaning using a pad. It's more like an Orbot same 17 inch driver and wheels on the ground but the Orbot looks sexier and costs a lot more.

I noticed it doesn't have a tank?

So would it be a lot slower for encap cleaning commercial carpet not being an "oscillating pad machine"?
I assume "oscillating pad" is the same as 'planetary'?

Davey
it is an oscillating pad machine and it does not need a tank you can install a spray system I have install one on a machine that Joe sold to me a few years ago, I used an battery power pump with a quick connect to spray and clean at the same time.

That is a great deal right there. Not sure about shipping that beast, but you would still be money ahead.
