For me anything below 18/36 it will be a waste of money and the cost at front is not that much
looks nice more like an EZ Truckmount

Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
Not to be picky, but how about more details?
Dimensions, weight, performance numbers?
It looks like a great unit for use out of a trailer or smaller van...maybe even an Astro van. That would make a very efficient set-up for the guy who doesn't do large jobs or has limited parking options.

...If it only made toast.
At 300 lbs., it would work well in an Astro or Nissan Cube. Not bad.

Nice point AC...toss it in a small trailer as well and throw a tech on it.
Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
Very nice! How is the blower driven. Does it suck real good? Air flow, cfm?
Arounf $5g's is that right?

Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
It's great for entry level cleaners, why spend $ 5 G on an old used prochem when you can buy new, BUT your expectations have to be adjusted as well, you can't run 300 feet of hoses and end up complaining about heat and suction drops, for God's sake it's $ 5 G, and you also can't expect it to run forever like prochem does, all in all if I'm getting in the business I would seriously considering this.
Another way I look at it is if you can get at least 1000 hours off of it and make $ 100 / hr ( since you're a newbie I'm going to use a low figure ) you end up making $ 100 k out of it and for that I would buy a new one and toss the old one if it breaks well may be take some working parts as back ups or sell them. For the right folks it's the perfect machine.

Not to sound like a tard...... But does the pump put out plenty of PSI for tile?
I have not heard of AR pumps, so I know nothing of them. Are they pretty easy to rebuild if it goes out, and are parts pretty easy to find?
On the surfaced so far, this seems like the type of TM every cleaner really should be running. A stupid simple machine that has common parts. No complicated bull that takes a degree to work on it. Ample motor to run the blower.
For guys that do LONG hose runs all the time, maybe they need a bigger machine. For the guys that do them occasionally, why not just buy an inline booster that saves you piles of money down the road in fuel expenses?

Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
Well T, there may be some non newbies market for this machine but in my honest opinion if they can afford it they should buy a better equipment and I don't mean it spec wise, I'm talking about the one that will last longer, like judson or boxxer or blazer, etc.
No offense, just stating my non bias opinion :-)
Heck I could be wrong, in the right hands it may last longer than I thought it would, only time will tell :-)

It sounds like a perfect entry level TM because if needed it can easily upgraded to a more powerful TM down the road.
Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
"Stupid simple" is the way to go, especially if you live away from a good mech and lack the wrenching dna. I like that you can build upon it as well....which gives me a thought.
Why not sell the frame and then let people custom order the components to build it the way that best meets their cleaning needs? Want a different motor, blower, pump, etc....just pay for the upgraded items.
We all want something different as our business plans are all different and building our own mounts might be out of the skill-set for most. Not being a welder, the frame would be the toughest step in any "home build" project. By having the frame issue solved all that is left would be hanging parts, so maybe this idea would work.

Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
A good friend of mine bought this machine, ( He has run a 45 blower , and a 36 blower , prior.)
He told me is recovery and dry times are no different with this 33 machine. He loves it.
If you can't clean a carpet with this little unit you need to get out of the bizz, cause it wont be the machines fault. And That is a FACT jack!!!

Re: all new stainless 33/16 truck mount
Andy is correct, you don't need brute power to clean. Even on larger commercials, I still rarely go beyond 300 feet. In fact, I prefer only going out 250 and moving to another entry point if it requires longer. I just hate dealing with that much hose to wrestle with on a job.
So, what do you really need? The vac power to cover 175 feet would cover most residentials and those temps are more than solid to get the job done.
