These ladies have been my clients  since the mid 1980s. I used to HOST their carpeting but switched to encap with bonnets a while back.

It had been two years since I cleaned the hallway in the pics. It held up well didn't it? The bedroom was replaced last year.

The household is comprised of three spinster sisters and a couple of cats.

They have been customers of mine since the mid 1980s when I used to HOST carpets.I didn't switch them over to hwe like did some people.

I sometimes miss encap in homes, the quiet humm of an electric motor, but then again I don't miss my pia buffer in a three story home.

Isn't funny how the cleanest carpets are the most profitable to clean and not because it's easier or quicker.

could be the lighting in the pic but is that a bunch of yellow cat pee? I can see it in the red carpet and areas in the white carpet

maybe just the lighting but I do have an eye for that hard to see stuff. might want to check that house next time with a black light.

also just wondering, what is a spinster sister? have never heard that term but maybe its before my time.

I am still using pad capping in some conditions, often in commercial, it is very handy and you can make good money fast. The only thing I hate is the laundry part. Orbital motion IMO is way better than rotary. Beige FPP for agitation old glad pads for absorption. Good job there.
