Re: ACE Services Universal Filter Bracket Video
I been using this bracket for 2 days now and its working Great! Eddie I actually like it better than I thought I would. It's much easier washing down the debris inside and the angle is enough that it eliminates almost all the water that's normally left inside just to leak out in the van.

Re: ACE Services Universal Filter Bracket Video
I do like it. We would lose that "4-to-the-door" vac boost, but that might not have been a great advantage anyway.
Some floor space is clearly lost, but not too bad by the looks of it. Might even consider a door mount style to prevent floor space loss.
All told, it looks like a winner at this point.

When I was doing this 4 to the door testing with the bullet and my ETM, I found that it took the CFM that you had at the machine to the end of the 4 to the door connection of the filter. If you connected two 25 foot hoses to the filter you it was basically like having you TM 25 feet closer.
The majority of my jobs are less that 100 foot so I rarely do 4td anymore so I just capped of one of the ports of the bullet which I can easily remove If i have a long hose run.
When I think about how I would plumb and mount the filter at the machine with my TNT. I would have to add more hose and find another spot for the filter when Im running the machine. Right now the filter sits in front of my hose reel and its removed when I'm ready to clean so its using space that I wouldn't be using otherwise.
Why nor just mount it like this?
ACE maybe you and Ryan can test it on his TNT so that me, Bob and anyone else that owns a TNT can get an idea as to how it would work on our machines and how much CFM we would loose by adding more hose .

Like Mo was talking about he blocked one side of his silver bullet. If you have the duel in and out then you could still run the 4 to the door like you've been doing you just moved the filter.

I'm still enjoying using this universal filter bracket from Aces. I highly recommend it especially if you are using the RC99. The water that's normally left in the filter after each job is automatically pulled into my waste tank while I'm cooling my machine down. Also wash down is a breeze. With the angle everything falls to the back of the filter much easier. Great job Eddie!

Wait a tick.....Mo, is your TNT bolted down to anything? Looking at the photo, I don't see any bolts.
Re: ACE Services Universal Filter Bracket Video
No bolts is right. I remember that from a previous post. Mo lives on the dangerous side
