but your CRB doesn't technically rotate. It just rotates. that's what the "R" in CRB stands for.

A rotary just rotates nothing more.
There is no technical rotating VS regular rotating, either it rotates or it doesn't rotate.

A local sports board here in Knoxville made a bad decision. First mistake, make a hormonal chick a mod. Second mistake, support the mod over the most influential poster.
The poster was banned, started his own message board, about 200 posters immediately followed, those posters were good for 10,000 posts per month minimum.
Mod dominated boards are a disaster.

That board is about 3000 members in a little over 1.5 years.
The other board still claims 10,000+ members, but 3000+ haven't posted in over a year.
