It is a good add-on service. I use that tool at apartement complexes and used to do the front of event centers until they purchased a bunch of gum-blaster steam machines.
I don't use the truckmount to power wash though, seems like a bad idea to me. Just get yourself a good power washer and good chemistry....easy money and draws a lot attention from those driving by, so get you company name in view.
If you do much of that, you may want to look into line painting as well. You know, the parking lines and curbs? Big money in that and all you really need is the roller paint machine....seen them go for about $1500. Around here, a medium parking lot, 4 employees, 2 paint machines, and you can make $12k in a couple of nights.

I do a few driveways a year with one of those spinners. I wouldn't use the truck mount. Cheaper to run a power washer.
Here is the one I have
You still have to go back with the wand and give it a quick rinse off.

Definitely money to be made.
Residentially, the rush will be in early spring as temps warm up.
Those spinners are great for flatwork, but require a high volume of water to operate. Usually 5+ GPM at a minimum, which you will not likely find on most truckmounts, and which also will require a "professional" grade pressure washing unit, not some Homer Depot unit.
When looking at such professional grade units, it's the GPM output that will cost you. The higher the output volume in GPM, the more you are going to pay.
To run a spinner like that right, expect to drop at least a couple of grand on a good belt driven unit.

This is an old post but I thought I'd add my two cents. I use an rX-20 with a brush head. It does a good job and doesn't need as high pressure as a pressure washer.
