Thinking of purchasing one, anyone have experience with one? I like our hydramaster tools as far as the way they clean, but they seem to need maintenance all the time (cleaning, leaky valve, etc)

I've wanted to test one out, but haven't done so yet. Looks like a great tool, but I wonder how it work when the surface isn't so flat...like the piping on the sofa for example?

Anyone using one want to answer this?

We have the tool. I like it on a large flat cushion, I find it awkward to use. Compare it too the sapphire or the hydra master tool-- they are so much easier on the hand and wrist. However I can really turn up the pressure and heat on it. But like I said it is very hard on my hands and wrists-- I feel the money is better spent on sapphire or the hydra master. It does do a good on cleaning as well as picking up the mositure

I have had one for 12 years and love it. I must not do as much as these other guys because I don't experience the fatigue they talk about.

I have the kinetic and the sapphire and since my goal is to get upholstery the cleanest that it can be I leave the sapphire at the shop. Even though the Kinectic may be a little tougher on the fingers I feel it flushes way better than the Kinectic.

I like it a lot. Great flushing but yea it can get numb the wrists after an hour or two. Other downsides is one way cleaning only and edging is more difficult. Also worst tool for pet hair so you need to prevac or brush sometimes. I have been watching the rotovac version, tempted!
