Okay, now I am really hungry! Looks great and sure beats my toast and oatmeal I just had  

next one...

kalbi marinade this time,   uncle bens brown rice pouches,   and squash cut into surfboards.    5min prep if you cut fast

squash goes straight on the grill



I take my flank steak pretty well done,   really like that charred taste for some reason

staying away from fast food for a long time.. friend of mine didnt poop for 3 weeks, hes 40yrs old

3 doctors said he was constipated, turned out he has a tumor in his intestines... he drank a lot of soda and lots of mcdonalds big part of his diet but a very skinny healthy looking guy.

part of the reason for this thread, I didnt eat much McD before but now im on a mission to not touch it for a year.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I hate doctors when it comes to gastrointestinal issues. They all tell you to eat more fiber and drink lots of water until you collapse and they find a tumor. It took me 5 years and 2 surgeries before I fired all of them and just set out to heal myself...I'm getting closer every day.

All this great looking food is driving me crazy...haven't eaten red meat in about 6 years and it looks sooooo good. I hope your friend bounces back and can get back to a healthy diet quickly because you really do get a lot of pleasure out of eating and when it is restricted, it sucks.

Oh, and take ibuprofen off you list along with the fast food. Those little pills can do a lot of permanent damage to the intestines.
