It's not the bad
I cleaned this house on Friday. When I spoke to the homeowner she said that the carpet wasn't that bad. There were a couple of spots but her main concern was a wine spill in the kitchen.
Boy was she down playing it. The carpet was trashed. Spots every where, Heavy traffic patterns. The carpet was loose with ripples, It was so loose I could have stretched without the use of a power stretcher. Weird thing is after the cleaning the ripples didn't get worse in fact they looked better. The seam between the living room and dining room was separating.
This carpet kicked my ass, I through everything at it but the kitchen sink. It took me 3 hours to clean 5 rooms. The traffic patterns lightened a little, quite a few of the spots came out but I could budge most of the red stains. The fiance came over while I was cleaning he said the carpet looked great gave me a 20.00 tip. Okie Dokie
You may want to have a few beers before you watch this one. Just to make it clear I'm the good not the ugly. Turn the volume up

Love the sound efx.
I heard that "it's not that bad " one too many times. That's just another reason I don't quote jobs without seeing them.

Mo,
I really like your videos this ones music back ground made me laugh. We all have jobs that sometimes make us wonder if we are as good as we think.

Re: It's not the bad
Great video, Mo....love the sound choice.
Customers have odd expectations. I cleaned a store front tonight and the manager told me that "It looks great"....then I discovered that I had a plugged jet the entire time, streaks everywhere as it dried.
He wrote "great" on the invoice, so I just eased my way out the door.

Thanks Tom. You're a hero on the first job and a zero on the next. I think we have higher expectations than the customers
