What would you do if.....

You didnt do carpet cleaning?...what other field would be of interest? Curious to see if we have anything in common. I grew up in the Pawn business in California and also was around the Antique business....I like both, but, really tired of that grind. My passion is inventing and Ive made money doing it. My biggest invention was basically taken from me by a big corporation who had deeper pockets than me....they bullied me out of my own idea. Ultimately, I won all my money back because even though they stole my idea with power they had to buy the domain from me (if they wanted to own what it was called)...they couldnt touch it being a bully....so, I sold it to them.



My reward was the return of all funds involved. I also have a patent now thats getting ready to have a couple major dealers and one big distributor. Ive been selling it myself and have done okay to this point but need volume to move now. I basically have 4 patents sold 4 ideas and had two stolen...one I just mentioned and the other was when I was young and naive.

Nice....an inventor that acting on the idea....cool.

I started out trying to utilize my military training as an NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) Warfare and Water Chemist by getting into Meth Lab and Bio-hazard clean-ups.....was the only cleaner licensed in the State for awhile with a partner, but he died early in the venture.

I started getting into the textile cleaning side just to keep some business coming in and ended up finding that it was a whole lot less stressful and a good industry.

I have been trying to reduce my services ever since, but I still dabble in the other events on occasion as a consultant.
