Business is Booming!!!
Phones were so crazy again yesterday....
Just picked up another resort to clean all 11 home cabins and the entire lodge 2 levels....we figured we booked around $5000 worth of jobs again yesterday!
Been Best Spring we can recall....so dang Thankful!!!
Booked and entire school for June the other day....we figure 3 days work with the 2 of us and 2 Butlers (and will be Zipper heaven!)
Weather has been great, and our new Super Screen from Seal-A-Door has been perfect for this weather. The bugs are just starting to come out, but people want to enjoy the open windows and doors.
Cleaning Saturday's and Sunday's at this point to....booked hard into May....This is out of control!
Wiped out last night....toasted in the chair!
And we have 3 eagles right outside my house window checking out the puppies all the time.
Got to keep on eye on them....well.....off to work....have a great day people!
Another Beautiful Minnesota day!

Where do you part for those schools, Mark?
I inquired on one of them last year, but the building was over 200 feet from the parking area and another 350 feet down the halls. They wouldn't allow any vehicles on the grass either, so I was looking at 500+ in hose runs which I didn't care for doing.

Most of mine have good outside access points. We might have couple 300 foot runs and I have extra 2.5 inch hose we bring too.
Haven't had to park on a lawn and prefer not too... And I no sidewalk to straddle or use, we would bring a large amount of cardboard to lay under the vans and Truck and blower exhaust. Been lucky that around here we would be able to use some lawns, but try everything not too.
Our biggest hurdle is the custodial unions... But the custodial staff hates to clean carpets and hate the equipment.... And finally school administration says since you can't get it clean, we are calling Saiger's to fix it.
I am friends with all of them, but the union is just watching out for their people. Actually works out great in end as the custodial staff can get things done that they normally don't have time for with carpet cleaning taking so much of their time... And the custodial staff looks better to the school in the end.

At the end of a long day; me and the dog cuddle up too. They just want their time with you!
I thought Eagles were territorial; as in " don't want no other Eagle roosting close by". So 3 close by is cool.
