It would work well in a box truck or even cube, but I like squared shapes in a van, otherwise you lose storage space.
Certainly cost effective, though.

It's actually going in a regular van next to the waste tank. Customer needs space in the rear of the van. And at $275.its a good deal.

Re: What do you think of this water tank
Im all about recycling except in my van....I love the idea though. As a matter a fact I just moved two 300 gallon "square" soap tanks I got from a local factory for free....I capture 600 gallons of water off my roof for my garden when Oklahma gets a little dry around July and August. These tanks are the poly tanks with a metal frame. If I could figure out how to get pics to load I would have really cool pics already.

Re: What do you think of this water tank
water heater earth quake straps are the best thing for strapping down little giants and tanks like that.
you can get them at home depot for like 13bucks. It looks like a food grade barrell, so I think 275.00 is kinda high.
You can get a food grade rain barrel here for 65bucks, its the same thing but much thicker plastic and all black so no light gets in which can cause algae/growth.

That's installed price. Will have 2" angle around bolted to the floor with eye bolts to hook straps to. Customer wanted the transparent.
