What every VLM only cleaner hates to hear

Open the sound recording document below. What are your thoughts? If you're VLM only how do handle that call?

You should have let her finish giving her phone number, so everyone could call her back that has a TM!

Would have been funnier if we all pretended we were all VLMers

Either way, I was just thinking bombard her with calls from cleaners.

I used to get those daggers back when I was running Steamin Demons. I could try all day to convince them and never get anywhere unless I offered a heavily discounted price.

I was calling Butler a year later.

I used to hate those calls!!  lol     I tell them NO  TM   , we use  a dry cleaning system that minimizes problems common with TM cleaning.

Then they usually as how does it work?   that's the question I had the hardest time explaining.    

Well, we spray down a cleaning agent, than use a special pad machine to absorb the dirt in to cleaning pads.     They usually say something like "  I don't under stand"  So your saying you don't use vacuum?    

No  we don't use a vacuum in the cleaning process,  other then pre vacuum.

That leads to other questions,,,,   then the answer to those questions leads to other questions.     And so on.      

But the worst thing ever,  Is when you go and VLM a filthy job and work your butt off to do a perfect job,   when your done your so proud of your work and know they will love you for it.    

BUT,  just as your admiring your work, the lady walks in and says  "   that looks much better,   I can't wait to see how they look after you bring the hoses in and actually clean it .     lol
