White Buffalo Empty White Buffalo

The Native Americans believe that the birth of a white buffalo is an omen of good fortune.  For the last 3 days, I have had my own version of a white buffalo at my home.

Okay, it is just a cat, but it is strangely comforting.  It has no markings on it, pure white all around and has no fear of me,  After my run last night, it was sitting on my porch and didn't flee when it saw me.  Really, didn't do much at all, just looked at me and went back to looking out over the yard.

Today, it was sitting next to my Isuzu and when I took a picture of it from my kitchen window (no flash), it actually responded like it knew I did and looked back towards the window.  Kind of weird really.

I'm not a big cat person, but for some reason, this guy feels like a sign of good fortune.  Heck, I even went out and bought a lottery ticket Rolling Eyes

The reality is that it probably is the reason my garden hose smells like crap and is peeing on my tires, but for now, he feels lucky.

Depends on if I win the lottery or at least have a few good fortune days. If not, it gets the broom. Very Happy

Must admit, it showed up when the Isuzu came home, so it has some luck already.

You will probably end up correct Dp, didn't get a single number in the lottery, but I did just dodge 2 deer on the highway at 70 mph about an hour ago.

I was in the ditch to the left dodging the first and then all the way into the right ditch dodging the second one right after at 65 mph. Needless to say, I am VERY awake now.

The second one managed to leave a couple of hooved marks on the trunk, but I can live with that.

I guess I got lucky, or maybe unlucky...not sure on that one yet. The broom is by the door at this point. Very Happy

Tornado watch at work...caught in a hail storm that broke my glasses just a few minutes ago.

Oh, yes, this cat is going to see the broom. White Buffalo my azz, this thing is the harbinger of death!! Razz
