Flooding in Lincoln
Hey Royal Man, how bad is the flooding down there in Lincoln? I saw some footage from Channel 7 news (used a camera mounted to a drone) showing some of the worst areas.....looks like you have some flood work coming your way.
Re: Flooding in Lincoln
Tons of flooding. Trucks are coming in from states away. I saw a caravan of 10 Service Master vans with trailers coming in Saturday along with several box trucks. Saw a,restoration van with blue and white plates today.

I saw a chopper rescue air lift a mom and baby out of their flooding home. You guys be safe out there.
Re: Flooding in Lincoln
holy crap I need to get into water damage some day, those service master guys are making a killing I bet
too bad their big pay days are the worst days for the people they are serving, but they are helping people in a major way so I bet its pretty rewarding

Yea really, and the "pay days", can be months away........I've experienced as long as 6 months, when doing insurance work!!
Hope you're safe where you guys are at, Royal?

Re: Flooding in Lincoln
That explains the phone calls from a few flood companies around here...must have been looking for more equipment.
The money is definitely there in flood work, but I do hate dealing with insurance companies and yes, pay can be a little slow. I might have to list some extra equipment on CL for a quick sell off.
