Do you have a Tagline or a Motto?
I have always used one and made it my mission to hammer it in and follow it....This time I went with "Exceeding high Expectations!" I liked this one because if I make it our standard....we are doing well.
If you have one tell me about it......I know some people have one just for marketing purposes and do what they do good or bad....but do you like to live by it also?

I don't have one but I saw one on the road. It read, "We'll clean your carpet not your wallet"

"Guaranteed results, never excuses."
I've been banging this drum for the last year. I think it states my intentions well and is definitely different than the other cleaners near me.
You know the type; excuses for why they are late, why it will cost more, why they don't have the right tool, why they will have to come back later, etc. I think people have been saturated with excuses in the service industry for decades now and I choose not to be one.
Sure, things happen, but there is a difference between explanations and excuses. You take full ownership of one and none with the other.

Mine is "Cheap work is not good, and good work is NOT Cheap!!"
I'm kidding, really.
Mine is more the "Green Cleaning" thing........they eat it (Pay) up.

milspec...I like when a tagline has a meaningful definition...it usually tells me there is a standard in place.

Mine is - Lincoln's most Recommended Cleaner. It brings lots of great clients. That don't care about rates. I have never been busier or made more per hour. $$$$$$$$$$

I have to say Royal, I do miss that town. I actually thought about setting up shop there, but I knew guys like you were already well entrenched and didn't want to get crushed right out of the blocks.
How is business in the winter months? You have a lot of good commercial options out there without needing to go above the first floor.

I've never been able to break into commercial much here. It goes to the lowest bidder. Is inconsistent and they will skip cleaning during the winter months. I just stick with Resi. Great clients and great money!
