No, but you should. So we can all know if it's true.
I looked at the light and it's just an amazon special, that I hear he tweaked, to make more powerful?
I'm not willing to pay 20x the price to see, are you?
Are you guys sure its the same one? I bought one from ebay and it sucked. Sounds like a good loaner program to me. We buy it see if its awesome if it is we raffle it off.
I used the home page search and found a couple of topics

LETS DO THIS BOUYS!!............lets find out if this thing is worth the money!!....If it is, and you then decide to buy one, then it will pay for itself right away. If it doesn't work then we've only lost $20 each, as long as you're willing to pitch in??........are you?

Yea, I know it's the same SureFire body as you can buy on eBay, but I'm pretty sure he then tweaks it somehow, to be more powerful, they say.............but what they don't say, is what I just did. The real question is, what is it he tweaks?......and if I get my hands on it I'll figure it out.

Re: My new UV light
At 20.00 bucks we're going to need 12 participants. I think the light is 240.00. Supposedly this light is manufactured in Dallas for Cobbs. The new version just came out May 2015 and its 50% more powerful then the last one. Should probably get the eye protection too

Re: My new UV light
Yea 12 participants, that might be a real stretch huh?
Well if we could get 6, with the offer that someone will win in a raffle, maybe that will be enough to get 6 to jump in?

Hmmmmm I wonder if that's all it is, that it's just using extra magnification?
I can figure it out, because I have a few I can compare it to.

I always use Amber UV glasses, it help protect eyes, while also making things easier to see. They can make the difference between seeing that spot or not.....it's that bright daylight that's the enemy.

Sorry to hear you're short changing yourself so much. LOL
I thought they had pets up there, like they do here?
I bet you don't use them, because you can't see anything in the daylight? And not because you don't have a need?

Re: My new UV light
I don't have a need because I treated the whole carpets and not just the affected areas, why ? Because pet urine are liquid and they "tend" to spread around

The lamp is True UV LED which illuminates up to 11X brighter. The UV Phazer provides an ideal 400nm wavelength fluoresces dyes brighter and provides more contrast than blue light

I can't comment, I bought another guitar today. I must be the worst guitarist in the State, but my room looks like Mark Knopler's apartment.
