Little birdy told you
Here a little secret. Call your local property management company and ask about cleaning the recruiting offices. Or better yet offer to donate a cleaning to the Air Force office and the other three will ask the PM for you. I clean all four offices cant be more than 800 sq ft of carpet total and they require VLM. I knock them out in no more that 1.5 hours at 400 a pop. This message will self destruct in 24 hours
Re: Little birdy told you
The military spends a ton for services like these.
I used to be assigned as I&I Staff for a Reserve unit and we had contracts for a lawn service to come out and mow what was probably the same size as an average residential yard.
We had a First Sgt retire and he told me that he planned on starting a lawn service. I was really surprised, but he was also the only one who knew what the Government was paying for lawn care.
The next month he was mowing the lawn once a week for $550

Ok, I have no experience when it comes to dealing with Gov. contracts. So I have no idea what the heoll you're talking about, makes no sense to me, but maybe that's the idea, Mo?
Maybe it's a thread that requires classified decoding?

It was always 30 days out at the Reserve Unit, but it really depended upon the proficiency of the Admin clerk. It could be as little as 2 weeks at times.

Yes, it's making some sense now with the help of, DP, and the decoder ring I found.
Sorta.
I've been battling a Condo Prop management co., once again, for the last month trying to get paid on a several thousand $ flood loss job/payment, and I think it's the last time I'll be working with them, I'm tired of it.
So I don't have much interest in being stroked along by anyone else on billings, I guess.
A Case of those bad apples ruining it for everyone else.

Re: Little birdy told you
I understand completely Davey. My main contract has spoiled me with payment in 2 weeks to the point that I get very agitated if it takes longer.
I fired the last PM for slow pay and will never go back.

The PM of the mall pays me within two weeks

Sound advice gang....low hanging fruit right there.
