Here are pics of a job I did that the lady of the house was mad at me for.....her husband said if it doesnt clean up we will buy new carpet....she kept telling me dont worry about that spot and dont worry about that area etc....I was thinking to myself.....does she even want this clean!.....well, she didnt! lol No wonder I couldnt sell Scotchguard! guess she doesnt get new carpet any time soon.

Very nice.....instead of protector, you should have offered cigarette burns and bleach applications.

She was upset because she couldnt talk hubby into new carpet....she was wanting a new color or something. Hubby gave me a small tip and said thanks.....if I knew ahead of time I could have taken the highest tip.....LOL

That is soooo true. Some people will find something to bitch about just because that's the way they are, even tho you did the best job possible.
