What do you do when you keep playing phone tag with a new customer?
At what point do you say F it, and just give up and stop wasting your time on them?

I've been playing probably the worst case ever, with this new customer for the last few days.

I know it's not just her, it's me too......it takes 2 after all.
I even left her my cell number so see could text me, thinking that might be easier for her......but never got a text.

Keep working it...people get busy. I bet it gets really hard on the day of the cleaning as well! remember I said that! Wink

Had a lady schedule a job today and it was like she was planning a surgery! it was very hard for her to commit ....she finally said...WEEEELLLLL, I better get this done! I padded the estimate just in case.

Have you tried email ? I'm not a big fan of email but for some it works perfect, if I'm busy, I usually don't reply until the end of the day which is okay and better than playing phone tag all day long.

I have a similar fight on my hands as well.

I keep getting callers that go straight to voicemail and I don't realize it until the end of the day. I try to contact them and get their voicemail. Mad

We have been chasing each other around the barn for 2 days now. Might be just as well since the message was simply:

"What kind of floors do you do and what credit cards do you accept?"
