Can you believe ?

That it's almost the end of the year already ?
It seems like the older we get the faster time goes, or is it just me ?
Pretty soon it's tax time again, ugh.

You look pretty young in your picture. Wait a few years. They go by faster and faster. My dad is 94 and never been sick (other than colds) a day in his life. I'm counting on his genes.

Yeah! I only have twenty more years till my mortgage is paid off. Then I get to retire too. Wait, that makes me a 94 year old carpet cleaner.

I almost passed out to hear you're 74 and still cleaning carpets, lol, glad you revised that, still though, 64 and still cleans, you must've taken great care of yourself.
Other than colds and back pain that flares up almost every year, I've been healthy, thank God, but this year I got the back pain twice already, going through second one now, it sucks, but the older I get the wiser I get in managing it at the first symptom, the problem is I work fast and efficient, but not always careful, I should start using those back braces when I'm working but I hate those things, they make my muscles stiff

Do ab work to keep the back pains at bay. I have good gene's. My dad is 94 and never been sick except colds. He worked into his 80's. His older sister is still kicking too. She walks to the post office every day and plays the church organ in their small town. It's a town that time forgot. Hopkins, Missouri I'll be 65 next month with no plans to retire.

Everything lives a long time in Hawaii....all that rain and oxygen makes for a nice healthy condition. Oh, and there is no freaking snow to ruin your back shoveling.

I'm very close to leaving the snow belt myself...probably should have left this year, but I think I have one more left in me. Tonight will hit the freeze mark and it already has me in a foul mood.
