My little village of less than 700 people had a visitor on Monday. I ran right by the film crew thinking it was some wedding or something, but turned out to be Molly Ringwald. Supposedly, her twice Greaat Grandmother lived in the house about 4 blocks from me.
As anyone from a small town knows, this is probably the biggest talk around town in years. I'm just kicking myself for not being more curious at the time when I ran by.

Didnt you clean a place that was going to be in a magazine?...or was that someone else?

That issue comes out in the Spring.
If I had realized who she was, I could have run up and posed for a picture and ended up in the "Enquirer" as the new boyfriend.

I always thought If I could just get someone famous to pose with me I could sell it to the Enquire Mag and start a rumor for some big bucks....then come clean saying how they will write anything...I still get cash.

I was actually in the "Sun" back in the early 90's. My geology class was on a field trip to an offshore core drilling rig that was studying fault lines. According to the paper, we discovered the lost city of Atlantis.
Apparently, a bunch of dumb sunburned college kids discovered that the Greek city of Atlantis was actually off the coast of Catalina Island.
