Language barrier.
I realize that this is a very common issue for California since there are people from all over the world but if you schedule a carpet cleaning service and don't plan on being there and put your 80 years old mom that does not speak English at all, how do you expect me to do the work ? She doesn't even speak hand gestures !

I don't think any program will help with this one, she asked for courtesy call, I called twice and both calls went to voice mail, left 2 messages and texted her, apparently at the end I found out she was just the realtor and after calling her again when I got there, she finally picked up and told me that the owner is on her way there.

Re: Language barrier.
ya they probably wouldnt have read the prep email. some dont but most do.
so far I cant even tell you how much time and effort this thing saves.
the program as a whole makes customers really take you and your time seriously, trying to send out all the confirmations/ on the way texts/ prep emails/ invoices/ follow up emails for reviews/ then also 6-9-12 month reminders.. is just not possible to stay on top of without a good software.
our first round of 6 month reminders just started going out and the calls are already pouring in.. were going to have more repeat business this year than ever before.
some are calling already that normally forget for 2 years+ !
and the database continues to grow every day with good customers.. someday soon no yelp, no angies list, nothing just my list.
