Dbag/no Dbag

Dbag/no Dbag
So a new pm(done 2 jobs for him)calls 4:30 last night wants to know if I can squeeze one more in, for the day(wed). He asks, tomorrow? Well I have to be 30 miles north @ 10(Thurs). So I reluctantly schedule for 8am.(I don't do 8am's !!) Spidey sense is tingling.
1. Problem with water source
2. Lack of space for pulling in and parking a ext van.
3. 20 questions
3 rooms no problem, until I get some light coffee spot wet, then they become big and dark. Usually no problem. But today, NOthing in the van for coffee.
He starts going off about hiring a professional service should take care of that. Told him he could go get a bottle of peroxide and spray it, or I could go get a bottle and do it for $30.
Then he goes into "he could of rented a machine and did what I've done. And maybe he should get one of those red carpet spotters and pretreat spot before CC shows up"
Then he raves about his regular CC; and proceeds to tell me that at least 15 times that CC showed up, no water, or door locked; the CC didn't call- just leaves.
-then for me to leave down a long narrow driveway, I asked if he could move his truck, so I don't have to thread the needle to get out. He says " why don't you..... you can make it out". So I proceed to do a 15 point turn around in this small drive way, and get the right alignment to go between his truck and a fence.
So.....
Yeah or neah that this guy is a Dbag.??

Re: Dbag/no Dbag
You already know that answer.
Sounds like the perfect Dbag to fire and give him the number of some squirt and run.

Re: Dbag/no Dbag
If they show you little to no respect, dump them. Working for anyone that will treat people in that fashion don't deserve to be helped.
I cleaned for a 90 year old Italian gentleman today who pushed his walker aside and tried to help by moving furniture that weighed 3 times his weight before I stopped him. Just settled back and poured me a whiskey while showing me pictures of his daughters....had to turn down the whiskey.
The guy had a lot of dignity. Fresh out of the hospital and weak still, but got all dressed up in his best suit and insisted on palming me a huge tip like he was Sinatra.
I gave the tip to his daughter so that I didn't insult him by refusing it, but this is the kind of customer that treats you like a guest in the home rather than just some employee.
I wouldn't want to work for the dbag you had today.

Next time he calls just tell him "oh I charge $ 0.75 / sq ft now and the soonest I can do is 3 weeks from now"
