Re: battery Sprayers
I have tried probably 7 different battery sprayers in the past 2 years....hated every single one of them. The problem has always been the same ones, weak spray pressures and plastic lances.
I want a 300 psi sprayer, holds 5 gallons, has a metal lance, and a standard v-jet tip. None of the plastic ones have ever worked out for me. I still might try a keg sprayer, but again, that 50-100 psi just doesn't cut it for anything except upholstery and applying protector or something.
Inline sprayers are the only thing that works for me. If dedicated to encap solutions, then the on-board sprayers work the best like you have on the new Sprayborg. Encap never worked well for me spraying a large area....far better spraying in the direct path of the machine.

Re: battery Sprayers
Yes I love my inline sprayer to, it never fails me. I also have the mytee big boss battery 5 gal sprayer, so far 3 years use and still working good, although i did have to replace the battery once.
I also have the one pictured and so far two years and no problems.
Both work fine for pre spray prior to HWE. But yes for VLM/Encap an onboard sprayer like my vibe has is best

Re: battery Sprayers
I have the same one that you pictured, but I didn't get it inside soon enough last fall and it froze in the garage. The tank didn't crack, but the wand portion split. I used it mainly for tile cleaning and antiseptic cleaning for which it worked well.
Re: battery Sprayers
The motor quit on the country sprayer I bought and the replacement pump I bought on the same site wasn't a direct replacement for it
Re: battery Sprayers
I have used a lot of batt sprayers and always end up back at the inline.
I like my pepsi sprayer but its a hassle to have to keep an air compressor to charge it. It does spray really well, much better than a brand new multi sprayer.

Re: battery Sprayers
I have been wanting to try a keg sprayer for awhile now for upholstery mainly. Dultmeier looks to have a nice one.

It shouldn't be a hassle to air up a tank Mo, just mount a small air tank to the van...should be able to go all day with one.

Re: battery Sprayers
That looks like a nice little sprayer, guess i'd have to stop at a gas station to pressurize it though, or go to harbor freight and buy one

Re: battery Sprayers
These guys really have some nice sprayers....kind of tempting to get one with the brush attachment for upholstery cleaning.

Re: battery Sprayers
The quest for tools never ends does it?
I just cleaned 4 sofas and 2 recliners today for cat owners. My quart-sized pump up sprayer (brand new) went to crap after the 3rd piece of furniture. I also used my cyclo polisher to scrub the cat vomit and hair off the fabric, so that keg with a brush was on my mind the whole time.
I think I will find out how stiff that brush is and how it is installed to see if I can replace it with something else.

Or it might just be the right stiffness for upholstry, maybe they offer different brushes, check it out and let me know what you find out

Re: battery Sprayers
Speaking of sprayers my bro on the east coast just got a quote of over 500 to fix his multisprayer. What a rip off I don't understand why the F he doesn't just call me
Re: battery Sprayers
Aren't multisprayers around $500 new?
I still don't know if I want to replace the pump on mine or not....it just sits in the basement these days.
