Learned something new
I just got home after cleaning that commercial building and I learned something.....I should only use "Pro-Zyme" by itself and never add anything.
Over the years I have used some OSR to boost it or maybe a little solvent if there is a lot of gum present. It is an enzyme cleaner, but I think all of them are synthetic enzymes now so I didn't think a little OSR would reduce the cleaning ability. I was clearly wrong.
The first sprayer was spiked with 2 scoops of OSR for some brightening boost. It cleaned pretty well with only the occasional scrub and never more than 2 passes was necessary. With the second sprayer, I just ran the Pro-Zyme straight and it blew me away. All the grease spots were about gone before I even hooked up the wand and with only a couple of minutes dwell time as well. Single pass, no scrubbing the rest of the night.
Without a doubt, that is my go-to on commercial now and probably on everything for that matter. Just so impressed with it right now.

That's why I kept trying to get you guys to try Cobb's stuff I was using.
Glad you found something that makes life easier!

Re: Learned something new
None at all, I normally don't from that pre-spray which makes it such a win-win. It is also the only spray that seems to knock out the smell of imitation butter when I clean the theater lobby....which I am doing Tue night.
Those employees also thank me for that when I clean the lobby.

Re: Learned something new
Someone at interlink a long time ago gave me 6 lbs jar of pro zyme for free and if I remember correctly it does what power burst does, and smell a little better, not as strong as power burst, the price is not much more than power burst either.
That's very informative, I sometimes mix OSR into power burst too when I cleaned pet urine stuff, I'll try enzyme alone next time.
