Made her cry
Cleaned for past customer. Creamy, lite yellow plush carpet. Her older son works in a shop and trashed it with stuff on shoes. My son and I cleaned afew rooms to day.
Used sauger sauce and rotovac: it was amazing.
She left b4 we were done. She made a comment about "crying at how good they looked".
Ok, maybe shen wasn't literally crying, BUT I'm going with it because "she said it".
Will try to post pictures later.

Re: Made her cry
Was it the "sauce", the rotovac, or the cleaners that made such great results?
I am not about to start chasing another prespray, but curious as to your opinion.

Re: Made her cry
I give alot of credit to the sauce. The RV just make the work easier. Me; I just follow procedures.

This is the video that made me try it.
I use the original sauce. It's 5-6 products mixed.
Now I remember you talking about your go-to pre spray, don't go chasing...
Maybe I could send you a sample to mix up a gal or 2. U cover shipping.

Re: Made her cry
I give Saiger credit for what he does, but I am still trying to stay with chemicals that I can find local. I just find it far more convenient that way instead of stocking up by shipping.
It is just really interesting hearing these reports from people that I know and who's review that I trust.

Re: Made her cry
Enzymes boosted with citri-solve is a pretty common mixture and the same as the last one that I experimented with. I really don't think the enzymes are the key to that Saiger mix since he didn't allow any real dwell time in that video. It was more more the solvent than anything else.
I have always been an enzyme user and the "Pro-Zyme" has one of the fastest-acting enzyme pack that I have found over the years. Even so, a few minutes of dwell is still better.
Like I always say though, if it is working for you, stick with it.

Re: Made her cry
Yeah, I feel I’m on the same boat Bob, I’ve tried sooo many pre sprays over the years and keep going back to power burst, pro zyme is probably my #2 option, I haven’t tried Saiger’s sauce yet, I heard great stories about them, will probably order a little bit next time I order my chemicals.
Bob, if you order from Jon don, they ship free with $ 350 minimum chemical order as well as some accessories, a pail of pre spray is already past half of that amount, just keep that in mind.
I will have to say there is a pre spray that work better than power burst, it is grease eraser, but they are much more expensive than power burst, $ 50 - $ 60 more / pail, I just put 1 - 2 extra scoops on dirtier carpet and it works the same as grease eraser.

Re: Made her cry
Did she give you a nice top Matt. Usually when you make them cry they're so happy they tip you:)
I don't like when you have to clean a neglected poly with heavy traffic. Those make me.cry after im.done

Re: Made her cry
Still rocking the Grease Eraser as well as the Pro-zyme....haven't found anything that I like better yet.
Re: Made her cry
We were back today for the rest of it, including the stair...ugggg! They were awful. Black oily grime on a off yellow color.
-the husband greeted us at the door and HE even commented on how all it looked. He is kinda cranky.
Treated and used the RV on it, then followed up with detail tool to really srcub the nose of the steps.
The best it's ever looked!
She wouldn't shut up about how good it looks
