Mini Max Carpet and Hard Surface Cleaning Machine
Hey John,
Tell us about your Mini Max cleaning machine. I've always thought it looked like a well built solid machine.

I would be interested in hearing more as well...like an orbot on steroids.
Re: Mini Max Carpet and Hard Surface Cleaning Machine
I think it's better built than the Orbot. The Orbot has a plastic pad driver that wears out.
Re: Mini Max Carpet and Hard Surface Cleaning Machine
I have had longer life with my pad drivers, Mo, but mine is a pretty old model. I wonder if they changed something down the road?
Re: Mini Max Carpet and Hard Surface Cleaning Machine
They recommend that you replace the pad driver every six months. Did we just hijack this thread?

Looks like the flight is heading to Cuba....
Re: Mini Max Carpet and Hard Surface Cleaning Machine
I get 2 years out of my pad drivers on my Orbot.
Velcro has its pros and cons, but its grown on me. One major pro for me is that when using a bonnet to agitate and extract instead of a pad, the velcro holds the pad tighter giving me a bit more aggression, which is good since scrubbing bonnets aren't all that aggressive to begin with. Brush drivers will slip a little.
This was my contribution to the hijacking.
