Today's forecast: "Sunny and 75 changing to sleet and snow by dinner."

Seriously, it was a gorgeous day and then the bottom fell out...was driving home with windchills in the teens and sleet bouncing off the windshield. It is supposed to get down to mid-20's tonight and stay in the low-40's for the rest of the week.

I did have a medical clinic to clean tonight, but I just can't stand the thought of dealing with the windchills after 3 days in the 70's....I'm rescheduling! Mad  I've got your global warming right here Gore Evil or Very Mad Mad

We've had they same type of hot/cold temp swings you're talking about, for the last few months....But obviously, not to the extreme degree you get.  So I know what you're saying, it gets old and really messes withe my sinuses, causing an almost continual runny nose!  Sad 

The good thing is, which you know already........It will change very soon, and we'll be complaining bout it being "too hot" to work!  laughing

I could, but I'm up at 4 am tomorrow for the daily 13 hour grind. The last thing I need is a night of freezing frustration. Besides, the doc is on a fishing vacation, so I scheduled that cleaning time out of a hat...it can wait another day. I'll just take 2 aspirin and give him a call in the morning to explain Very Happy

Whenever I see the weather forecast in cnn, like earlier today I always thought about you and every cleaner up north, and another thought that always come to mind, how long would I last in weather like that ? I know we're a nature of habit but I'm not sure that'll apply in my case in those extreme weather, as messed up california is with high taxes, laws and everything else, I'd stay here and enjoy the weather, unless God has some other plan for me that I don't know about  Very Happy

There are many days that I wished I had stayed in San Diego 20 years ago...this was one of them. You CA guys sure have nice weather.
