There are a lot of knives being brandished on social media right now against Tony and the swivel wands. They are claiming that the swivels are failing and that Tony is not answering his phone. Anyone else seeing this?

No, I haven't seen that Bob, that's unfortunate if that's true cause I remembered he said he was going to give lifetime warranty on the bearing, I told him "you're crazy !" I told him 2 - 3 years is very reasonable, in my opinion if he use high quality bearing, I hope he will own the problems.
Another issue with this industry is our equipments get abuses from us, especially from our techs, no matter what though, considering the price point of the wand, he should stand behind the wand quality if he wants to stay in business.

I am sure it started on one of the flame thrower boards and is just bleeding into the social media. It doesn't take much for that happen these days.

I never bought one, so I have no dog in this fight, but it seems early in the season for cleaning site drama.
