jet information
So on a 4 jet manifold; would the best jet configuration be 2 - 110° on the 2 inside jets. And the outside; 80° or 95°.¿
Before someone says " what do you have on there now". They are very worn and my eyesight is bad on small writing. Even when I put 2 reading glasses to gether to magnify ....
And who sells the jet screens? Besides Joe. Not a check valve. And Not the 1 up in the trigger, but the little ones that screw to the jet.

Re: jet information
The answer depends on who's using them Matt, I personally like them all uniform, I like mine between 95 - 110 depending on the wand manifold, I know you didn't ask about the flow but I personally like mine at a total of 6 flow, even on my Mach 15, I have 6 jets with 1 flow each.
I believe Jon don sells jets and screens ? I got my screens from a local guy that's really close to me, if JD don't have them, I can probably pick them up and send them to you, they are pretty cheap, I think it's about a buck each ?

Re: jet information
It really depends on the wand and how far away the jets are from the vac slot. If you run the jets close to the vac opening, then it doesn't really matter what you run since there isn't enough space for the fan to really open up anyway.
If you like the screens, order the jets from Joe's new website as they come with the screens already instead of paying extra. You can take out the teflon pellet and screen if you don't want them.
I am surprised Dp that you run such low flow. I will never run anything smaller than a 1.5 in a jet. A 1.0 jet clogs to easy and you are really choking down that Mach 15 with anything less than 8-flow in my view.

Re: jet information
9515 or 11015 jet then set the angle of the jets so that they over lap each other and not hit each other at the side of the fan pattern, that way you won't leave lines in the carpet. I haven't got a supplier for the screens ,well let me check one of my sources and see.

Re: jet information
Jon son dosmt have them. They have some for larger jets. Been down that road with them. The description for the larger screens dosnt give much info. I ordered some, then spent severral minutes thrying to figure how these go on the jets. They refunded my money and told me " don't worry about shipping them back. Their like 3/8"; for a walk behind extractor.
I talked with PMF about the screens. Really didn't get a straight/helpful answer. Looked on eBay, anazon...
Not sure Joe would ship them to me.
I have 110 on all 4, and get a little over spray. Just not sure of 80 or 95° on out side.

Re: jet information
For all that are interested, Joe has changed his website to direct ordering online. He has decided to spend his time in the work shop instead of dealing with all the phone calls, so it is as simple as ordering online with any supplier if that is what concerns you.
Re: jet information

Re: jet information
Matt, I'll ask my local guy, I know for a fact he sells on eBay, his eBay id is "American extractor", if he doesn't have a listing, he might create one for you, I wouldn't spend $ 4.50 / each for those tiny screens.

Re: jet information
Bob, I used to run 1.5 flow and I agree, they are much easier to clean if they are clogged, but I use jet screens anyway, so they don't get clogged easily.
I'm used to run 1 flow now ( been about 2 years ) and I really like how fast the carpet dry without fans, especially in the winter.

Re: jet information
Matt, he said that he doesn't stock them but he can order them for you, he would need the jet number, and he also needs to know if you want brass or stainless steel.
His name is Jerry, his cell # is (323) 336 1300, he said to text him all of those info and he'll get you an estimate, oh he needs to know how many you need.

Re: jet information
Ok guys
Here's a update on the screens that screws into the jets.
I have found where I can get the screens for the 1/8 inch jets and the 1/4 inch jets. But they are $5.00 each plus the cost of shipping. That I am not sure about but should not be to much for that.
