Called last week, never called me back. Wife had to call with an unrelated question about her business. She mentions that the person who handled our account before she retired would come to our location to discuss our options- he laughed at her!. This clown has inherited our account and has not contacted us in 3 years and will not return calls. He has been on cruise control for 3 years!. Anybody buying insurance online? Insureon? Policy comes up soon. Don't want to give this ass our business.

I don't like the sound of that guy either. I have been with the same guy because of his service for over 25 years. He's not the cheapest buy I never wait for a returned call and once when I was really out of it he paid my bill. A couple times when I forgot to pay it he came to my house to get the money so it got paid on time so I didn't get cancelled.

Cancel on him and tell him why. He doesn't deserve your business.

I had that problem with my insurance agency. I solved the issue by switching to an agent in house that was worth his salt and took care of me. The old agent lost a few bucks in bonus from my premiums that moved to another agent.

Same issue like you are having. Worthless agent, but good insurance company.

There are probably more agents in a square mile than there are trees...fire him! Never accept bad service from anyone...you wouldn't treat a customer that way, don't accept it from him either.

Same thing with the next one if he sucks...keep firing until you find a good one and send him a box of steaks when you do, because you will be working together for the next 30 years.
