omni pro mini air mover
Picked one up from interlink a few weeks ago and man I love this little thing. It moves so much air for how small it is
Definitely a tool I recommend to anyone.
It will surprise you how much air it moves for being less than half the size of the normal air movers. Going to get at least 3-4 more of these real soon.
They come in red and blue, really wish they would have made a green one. Might have to buy one and paint it.

I've got 6 of the shop vac version. They're about the same size, just a tad smaller and a little less CFM, but they're impressive in a residential setting. Just enough air moved to speed drying times but not enough to blow the curtains off the rods.

Re: omni pro mini air mover
I just bought two Omni mini's a few weeks ago. NICE little airmovers.
Daisy chaining is a definite plus. Sturdy too.

How much larger is it? Those shop vacs are pretty small.
They're pretty impressive, but mostly because I got them for $36 a piece at Costco.

Re: omni pro mini air mover
omni pro is 800 cfm
shop vac yellow fan is 500
That is an incredible price for that fan ! lol
Speed 2 has 70 more cfm then the shopvac still. If you want next time I see him ill try and get a picture beside the shop vac.
For now though here it is beside a regular snail
and beside my size 13 lol

Re: omni pro mini air mover
Those are cool AC thanks for posting that. I was just thinking how heavy and how much space my old snail van takes up in the van.Do you guys think those are better the small dri pods?
Re: omni pro mini air mover
Those Dri-eaz snail fans were more about floating carpet than really drying above the surface in my opinion. If you are not intending to float carpet on a water recovery, then the smaller fans make a lot more sense.
The dri-pods are really very good...don't have these two to compare side-by-side, but any smaller fans are great.
I still prefer my airpath for large areas, but those mini blowers are great scattered around the house.

Re: omni pro mini air mover
I tried out the dri pods at jon don and they dont move much air. and almost 2 omnis for the price of a dri pod.
These little things move some serious air for how small they are

Re: omni pro mini air mover
From what I have heard, the dri pods excel at drying tile and grout or a spot you clawed. They just don't move enough air to dry much Sq footage at a time.
I don't own one, but would like to buy two, if they were priced better, since they will not dry carpet all that well. I'd use them for T&G though.
The Omni's are light and they daisy chain, and they dry nice. No need really, for just a normal clean, than the 800 CFM IMO. There are also knock off's of the Omni that have a timer, seen em' on Ebay.

Re: omni pro mini air mover
drypods take like 15 seconds to fully spool up to max airflow lol
for spot drying they look great! but its darn near the cost of 2 omni fans here.
had to dry a spot really fast lol
If you do vct they work AWESOME for airmovment
You can also boost the airpath for more cfm ( this is a joke, no im not serious)

Re: omni pro mini air mover
grabbing 2 more this week! clean a room and put it at the door blowing in, carpet is dry in no time. the dri pod you have to walk over your work to put in the center of the room.
why couldnt they just have made them in green!!

I haven't used one but I've used a similar one from Powrflite. No need to buy snails anymore imo.
