Reminder calls Empty Reminder calls

Bill's comment about his former secretary got me thinking about hiring some to make phone calls to your existing client base that are due for another cleaning. Maybe this person can make a percentage of ever schedule job? Anybody ever done that? Would it be too intrusive? Good or bad idea? Reminder postcard a better value and close ratio?

I use to have a phone room and paid telemarketers to get new customers......until I got tired of being an adult babysitter.

The best way to remind past customers is to call them.....that's what works for me when things slow down.

I didn't see this thread earlier, I asked Bill in the "cool little tool" thread and I hope he can answer some of my questions here, if he's willing of course, about the payment option of a receptionist, thanks Bill.

A few years back I had a customer tell me that she received a phone call from a carpet cleaning asking for the biz. I wonder if that still happening. I also had a customer tell me that Stanley makes reminder calls.

Dave how many jobs did your telemarking crew generate per week on average?
