My nephew Nick worked with me a little last year but now that my son Dominic has retired from carpet cleaning Nick is the man this summer.

Dominic and I worked like a well oiled machine. He knew what needed to get done before I even asked him.  Nick and I will get to that point in a few weeks.

I applied protector at a house and Nick thought it was awesome add on. I'm giving Nick 50% of all protector he sells and now he sells it every time. I just love seeing Nick's enthusiasm about sales.

Re-starting this business with my son (13) has been exactly what I was wanting to get out of it so far. His drive has increased and he has been looking at cars....lol. The perfect learning tool is work.

One of the techniques used in the "sweat shops" is that they hand out a Sears catalog.....personal desire took care of the rest when it comes to motivation.

Once you see something that you want, it is easy to find the motivation to get there.

yes I love those ones the best. Or working while u do all the easy access empty homes.

Nothing like pulling in what many make in 2 weeks in one day while not even working

Im so grateful to have him. Last week I had three large commercial jobs and it was so nice not to have to do it all and be wasted at the end of the day.
